1. Removed and replaced water closet located in back master bedroom bathroom, by installing a new Toto Drake elongated toilet with wood seat , After installation tested system everything is working good at this time ...... 2. Repaired toilet in first floor hall bathroom by minor tank rebuild, replacing the fill valve, water closet flapper, water closet tank lever, and water closet supply, after making repairs tested the system everything is working good at this time .....
Installed 60 amp disconnect box for pool heat pump. System up and operating normal at this time
Installed new out side faucet. Frost-proved, no leaks working properly. 10% senior discount. PSI 80.
I ran my cable about 25 feet down the drain line. Stoppage is clear. I also installed a new trap below the kitchen sink.
Customer needed a fill valve replaced on a hall bath toilet. Completed minor rebuild on toilet. Tested. No leaks.
I cut out and replaced a three foot section of pipe/ cleanout.
I replaced the shut off valve for the master water closet. I also replaced all three flappers. I replaced the fill valve in the powder room.
Snaked mainline from toilet in basement about 60 foot. Watched water in flange go down after 4th cable. Customer is on cast iron and never has had this happen before, original owners. Tested by running all water in house.
Main line stoppage. Didn’t pull anything back. Snaked all the way to the street 60-70ft. Line is clear and tested by filling the bathtub upstairs and draining + flushing all toilets + draining laundry sink.
Replace section on 3” vertical cast iron stack with PVC behind wall under kitchen cabinets Also replace 1 1/2” cast iron drain to sink with PVC. Test and all seems well at this time. 2 year warranty Pictures attached
3/4” pipe had 2 pin hole leaks. Entered crawl space and repaired a 12” section of pipe. Tested with no leaks
Replace Moen posi-temp cartridge and plastic handle u/s h/w bathroom
